CONSTRUCTOR ARCHITECTURAL SCREEN WALLS features hardware and frame supports hidden between two layers of decorative screen panels creating a rigid and structurally sound partition system for residential, corporate, and retail environments. Define areas and create privacy without blocking views, light or air circulation. Architectural dividing screens will transform any space into a visually striking environment transforming everyday spaces into extraordinary experiences. Materials and hardware options for interior or exterior applications are available. All supports, hardware, panel sizes are customized per project. Accentuate layers and create shadows with optional LED lighting.
Our modern CNC patterns can be scaled, modified, and graduated. Custom patterns can also be developed specific to your project.
DOUBLE LAYER ARCHITECTURAL SCREENS with 2” frames for large or small projects with open or finished ceiling. Hardware and supports are hidden between 2 layers of decorative screen panels. Architectural floor to ceiling screens can be split and seamed to create large scale decorative screen room dividers. Privacy screens are a perfect solution to define areas in open concept residential and commercial interiors with high ceilings. Additional panel to panel spacers create a rigid partition. All visible sides are powder coated or with matching covers.
INSTALLATION:
All double layer screens are shipped assembled.Remove back panel, place frame in location, mark through frame to ceiling and floor.Remove frame, drill and insert anchors. Place frame in location, attach through frame to ceiling and floor. Attach covers or insert hole covers. Attach back panel.
DOUBLE LAYER ARCHITECTURAL SCREENS is an ideal system for dividing and defining spaces in standard height rooms or for smaller scale applications. 1” frame between 2 layers of panels provides stability with a slim and elegant finish. Standoffs and cable supports can be added to extend the height creating a completely different effect. Floor to ceiling privacy screens are an essential element in creating a functional and aesthetically pleasing space.

DOUBLE LAYER DIVIDING SCREENS WITH CABLES TO CEILING AND FLOOR consists of 2 layers of decorative screen panels with 2 horizontal support bars at top and bottom with cables for attachment to floor and ceiling. Panel to panel spacers create a light and intricate layering effect of patterns with a total depth of 4.75”. Connect side to side to create a continuous floating screen walls to divide areas in large open spaces. Maximum single section of our decorative screen panels are 46”x94” and 46”x118”. All cables are cut to size with turnbuckles for leveling and on site adjustments.

INSTALLATION:
Double layer screens are shipped assembled with 2 cable attachments to ceiling 2 cable attachments to floor. Mark location for 2 cable attachment to ceiling with template. Drill pilot hole, attach turnbuckle base. Pull 2 cables from top of screen and screw turnbuckles in to base. Mark location for 2 cable attachment to floor with template. Drill holes, insert anchors, attach turnbuckle base to floor. Pull 2 cables from bottom of screen and screw turnbuckles into base on floor. Blocking in ceiling required.
